Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Site Manager to lead a large shift on a Michigan site. The role oversees supervisors, technicians, and operators, delivering knowledge, motivation, and guidance to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

You will manage performance, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement across processes. The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of supervisory production experience, and strong skills in communication, problem

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years supervisory/management experience of production staff.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Experience with manufacturing or process management (5S, Lean, Six Sigma).
• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience of production staff.
• Ability to improve processes and track metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive production staff performance by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising results.
• Coach, counsel, discipline, motivate, encourage and train entry level employees.
• Maintain staff by training employees; and developing personal growth opportunities.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repair; evaluate new equipment and techniques.
• Provide operational information by compiling, initiating, sorting and analyzing production performance data.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on equipment use; ensure policy compliance; operate with complex spreadsheets.
