Compass Group USA is seeking a Site Coordinator to oversee daily facilities operations at a client site, including Shipping & Receiving, Housekeeping, vendor management, and workplace services. You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery while supporting client satisfaction and operational excellence.
The role requires 3+ years in operations leadership, experience managing teams and contractors, and a solid understanding of QA, EHS, HR, and financial management.

The Site Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily integrated facilities operations, including Shipping & Receiving, Housekeeping, Vendor Management, and Workplace Services. This role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery while supporting client satisfaction, operational excellence, and team performance.
