Job summary

The Site/Operations Manager III at AMECO oversees project services and day-to-day operations in alignment with contract terms and company policies. This role requires advanced knowledge and independent judgment to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities include supervising tool accounts, supplier relations, and safety compliance while planning work and managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Occasional travel is expected to support operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and extensive construction/procurement experience required.
• Experience with budgeting, project management, and safety standards preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and tool account; develop reports and trends.
• Determine number of interviews and select site personnel.
• Maintain client relations to ensure contract obligations are met.
• Requisition and purchase rental and owned construction equipment and consumables.
• Promote adherence to HR, Safety, and Quality policies across the team.
• Analyze problems and recommend solutions with varying complexity.
• Organize projects and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Plan and organize work assignments; follow management guidance.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and standards.
• Travel to attend business matters as needed.
• Meet attendance and punctuality expectations.
