AMECO is seeking a Site/Operations Manager III to lead project services under contract, overseeing maintenance, tool management, and client relations. The role requires strong discretion, advanced knowledge, and independent judgment.

The position includes planning work, supervising personnel, ensuring policy compliance, and occasional travel to support operations and customer demands. A bachelor’s degree and substantial experience in construction procurement are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applicable field and seven years of experience in construction, tools/equipment, and procurement practices.
• Alternatively, 11 years combining education and related experience.
• Proven skills in accounting, budgeting, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and tool account by developing and analyzing reports and trends.
• Determine interviews and select site personnel.
• Maintain client relations to ensure all contract obligations are met.
• Procure rental and purchased construction equipment, tools, consumables, and supplies.
• Promote adherence to HR, Safety, and Quality policies.
• Analyze problems and recommend solutions with varying complexity.
• Plan and organize multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with policies and global standards.
• Travel for business-related matters as needed.
