Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and WMS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing warehouse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments.
• Knowledge of forecasting techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory operations including receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff with training and feedback.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts to reconcile discrepancies.
• Analyze data and trends to identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Use inventory systems to track stock movements and generate reports.
• Develop and enforce inventory policies to minimize waste.
• Coordinate with procurement and operations to forecast demand.
• Conduct audits and quality checks on warehouse organization.
• Present inventory metrics and recommendations to senior management.
• Apply lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies within warehouse.
