The role manages a multi-site budget, collaborates with DOE and CMEI, and oversees ~150 staff and subcontractors, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficient execution of projects.

Qualificações

• Previous management and budget administration experience required.
• Program strategy, development and implementation experience required.
• Degree in appropriate field is required.
• Extensive knowledge of the renewable energy industry and related regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic direction, leadership, and management for the Site Operations organization.
• Manage site-wide budget and enforce policies and procedures.
• Lead and develop a team of ~150 staff and oversee subcontractors.
• Collaborate with DOE, CMEI, and OECM on information requests and reporting.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective energy research operations.
