Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant work experience in a national lab or large R&D organization.
• Proven track record leading scientific programs and research leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead MCCS directorate and align portfolio with DOE, CMEI, and NLR priorities.
• Develop strategic plan and manage resources, facilities, and operations.
• Build partnerships with DOE, government sponsors, industry, and academia.
• Establish talent development and foster collaboration across teams.
