Job summary

The Salvation Army Harbor Light seeks a Site Administrator for a Substance Use Disorders program in Detroit. You will lead the site, guide daily operations, and ensure high-quality client services while managing budgets and reporting to senior leadership.

The role requires a master’s (or equivalent) in a relevant field, Michigan substance abuse credentials, and at least four years of supervisory experience. Strong organizational skills and HIPAA access are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in health/human services, business management, or public administration.
• Michigan substance abuse credentials required.
• At least four years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and management to all site employees and day-to-day operations.
• Develop and implement strategic goals, budgets, and programs.
• Ensure services are delivered cost-effectively and compliant with policies.
• Maintain documentation, submit reports promptly, and oversee payroll hours.
• Participate in quality improvement and board-level activities as needed.
