Job summary

Agility Recovery is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily logistics and asset management at a Las Vegas facility. You will manage storage, warehousing, transportation, and third‑party coordination while ensuring asset readiness for customer testing and recovery deployments.

The role emphasizes proactive planning, cross‑functional collaboration, and strong communication to support customer needs and service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain experience.
• Experience coordinating logistics, vendors, inventory, or resources.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting customer-facing operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics activities at the assigned Agility Recovery facility (storage, transportation, shipping, receiving, asset readiness).
• Coordinate asset repositioning to align equipment with customer testing and recovery schedules.
• Plan and coordinate resources for testing, recovery support, and service delivery.
• Coordinate with third-party providers and ensure effective engagement of resources.
• Provide on-call coverage for customer service delivery (24/7/365).
• Maintain Agility Recovery assets, including Mobile Recovery Centers and fleet.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure site and asset readiness for deployments and issue resolution.
• Support cross-functional teams to meet customer testing and deployment needs.
