Job summary

Diamond Assets seeks a Client Success Manager to plan and execute service pickups and lead deployment projects. The role reports to the Senior Vice President of Operations and collaborates with Project Managers, Logistics Coordinators, and Recovery Specialists to ensure timely delivery.

The position emphasizes weekly reporting, ERP coordination, and cross-functional communication with internal teams to optimize pickup processes and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly/monthly reports on pickup coordination and service projects.
• Update and manage ERP systems in coordination with pickups or service information.
• Review and collaborate on availability and pickup scheduling with CSM team.
• Ensure project details are obtained from CSM via Salesforce.
• Manage field operations via Salesforce during the pickup process.
• Coordinate pickups/services with Diamond Assets’ Recovery Specialists.
• Utilize third-party resources to complete pickups/services when applicable.
• Coordinate mail-in processes; use third-party services when applicable.
• Communicate effectively with shipping and receiving personnel.
• Oversight intake process to ensure pickup quantities are correct.
• Identify efficiencies and cost reductions for pickup and service operations.
• Oversight of device evaluation reports for customers; ensure timely reporting.
• Support Project Manager–Enterprise, Project Manager–Education, and PM Lead.
• Perform other duties as needed.
