Job summary

Agility Recovery is seeking an Operations Manager in Las Vegas, NV to oversee day-to-day logistics, warehousing, transportation, and asset readiness at the site. You will coordinate third‑party resources, manage inventory, and ensure customer testing and recovery schedules are met.

The role requires proactive planning, strong communication, and the ability to drive plans from initiation to completion. Bachelor's degree preferred; APICS/ISM certifications a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain experience.
• Experience coordinating logistics, vendors, inventory, or operational resources.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
• Customer-facing operations experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics activities at the assigned Agility Recovery facility, including equipment storage, transportation, shipping, receiving, and asset readiness.
• Coordinate and lead asset repositioning to align equipment with customer testing and recovery schedules.
• Plan and coordinate resource needs for customer testing, recovery support, and other service delivery activities.
• Coordinate directed efforts to customer locations and manage reverse logistics required to reposition equipment.
• Provide operational coverage for customer service delivery requirements, including participation in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation.
• Maintain and support Agility Recovery assets, including Mobile Recovery Centers and the company mobile fleet.
• Perform required monthly and quarterly preventive maintenance activities.
