Campbell’s is seeking an Associate Director, Operational Excellence at our Charlotte, NC site to lead the implementation of world-class operating systems and continuous improvement programs across the plant. You will drive cross-functional OPEX workstreams, coach teams, and influence site direction to optimize cost of goods sold and performance metrics.

This role requires strong Lean/Six Sigma know-how, years of manufacturing experience, and the ability to lead diverse teams in a high-demand

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years’ experience in Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma.
• 5 years manufacturing experience.
• 3 years of people management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach site OPEX teams to drive improvements.
• Diagnostics of OS, MI, MBC and Industry 4.0 through data analysis and observations.
• Develop tactical implementation plans and ensure adherence.
• Build OPEX capability and deliver training to leadership and staff.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure sustained improvements.
