Job summary

The Campbell’s Company is seeking an Associate Manager, Plant Operational Excellence to drive world‑class operating excellence across the site. You will lead cross‑functional OPEX teams, guide Kaizen events, and deploy Lean, Six Sigma and Industry 4.0 practices to optimize the plant’s performance and cost of goods sold.

Qualifications

2 years’ experience with Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma fundamentals.
2 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment.
1 year people management experience.
Bachelor's Degree is nice to have.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach OPEX teams to drive improvements across the Balance Scorecard.
Conduct diagnostics on Operating System, Management Infrastructure, Mindset, Behaviors and Capabilities, and Industry 4.0 for identified systems/lines.
Coach OPEX team to develop tactical implementation plans and ensure regular stakeholder check-ins.
