Job summary

Erie Family Health Centers is seeking a Site Medical Director at the Evanston/Skokie Center to lead clinical operations, ensure quality of care, and drive performance at the site. Collaborate with leadership to recruit and develop providers, mentor staff, and implement evidence-based practices for cohesive patient care.

The role collaborates with senior leaders and HR to recruit, retain and develop clinicians; leads the clinical team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care and strong patient

Qualifications

• Licensed Illinois physician, APRN or PA.
• Board certification or eligibility in primary care.
• Masters degree in public health/management or equivalent preferred.
• Two years post-residency or APRN/PA primary care experience required.
• Basic CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Site Health Center Operations Director to ensure successful clinical operations at the site.
• Accountable for quality of care, patient satisfaction and clinical productivity.
• Participate in selecting, orienting, mentoring, evaluating, and disciplining clinical providers.
• Implement and achieve performance goals set by Senior Medical Directors and Chief Clinical Officer at site level.
• Communicate changes in workflows and Erie initiatives to providers and leadership.
