Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• Active RN license in Indiana is required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in clinical/healthcare settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of high trust and mission-focus at the site.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and staff.
• Coordinate clinic schedules and staffing in the EMR.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure safe, quality patient care.
• Hire, supervise, and evaluate staff in partnership with HR.
• Oversee supplies, equipment, and vaccine management at the site.
