Sterling Physician Recruiters is seeking a Medical Site Director for a multi-site community health center on the north side of Chicago. The center operates 8 clinic locations across Chicagoland, IL, offering wrap-around services with on-site dental, behavioral health, primary care, gynecology, pharmacy, and labs.

Qualificações

• BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required.
• 3 years of clinical experience required.
• IL license, or eligible.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision to Physicians, Mid-Levels, and medical staff.
• Meet regularly with providers to review care standards and performance (approx. 2 one-on-one sessions per direct report per month).
• Measure and monitor the quality of patient care services in Primary Care Services at the assigned clinical location.
• Provide direct care for patients focusing on preventive and chronic care management.
