Erie Family Health Center seeks a Site Medical Director for the Erie Evanston/Skokie Health and Dental Center in Evanston, IL. You will partner with the Site Health Center Operations Director to oversee clinical operations and provider performance at the site.

The role focuses on recruiting and developing clinical staff, implementing evidence-based practices, and leading a cohesive team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Illinois license required; Board certification preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed physician, APRN, or PA in Illinois. Board certified/eligible in primary care.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Site Health Center Operations Director to ensure successful clinical operations at the site.
• Accountable for quality of care, patient satisfaction and clinical productivity at the site.
• Participate in selecting and mentoring clinical providers; coach and evaluate performance.
• Implement and achieve performance goals set by Senior Medical Directors and Chief Clinical Officer for providers and site.
• Communicate workflow changes and Erie initiatives to providers and staff.
