Job summary

Trystar is seeking a Senior Site Manufacturing Leader to oversee all manufacturing operations at the Faribault site in Minnesota. You will lead safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while partnering with engineering, quality, supply chain, and sales to meet customer requirements.

The role requires 12+ years in manufacturing leadership, 5+ years in plant/site leadership, and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, supply chain, business management, or related field is required.
• 12+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including team and site leadership.
• 5+ years in plant/site leadership or equivalent manufacturing leadership role.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proven track record in safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and employee development.
• Experience leading manufacturing growth, capacity expansion, or new product introductions.
• Experience with ERP/MRP/MES to support decision-making.
• Collaborative work with engineering, supply chain, quality, and commercial teams.
• Strong lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement knowledge.
• MBA/master’s degree and related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site manufacturing operations and align with company objectives.
• Promote safety excellence with regulatory compliance and engagement.
• Drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Develop strategies to increase capacity and scalability for growth.
• Lead new product introductions, launches, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, sales, and supply chain to meet customer needs.
• Develop KPIs and reporting to support decision-making and improvement.
• Mentor and develop high-performing manufacturing teams and leaders.
• Drive lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement across site ops.
• Utilize ERP, MRP, and MES for inventory and order fulfillment.
• Oversee facilities, maintenance, and asset reliability.
• Manage site budgets, capex, and resource planning.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Participate in integrated business planning to align with demand.
