Job summary

Trystar Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to lead site quality execution at the Cypress facility. You will oversee quality systems, audits, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure top-notch product quality across locations.

You will mentor Quality Engineers, drive continuous improvement with Lean Six Sigma, and partner with Engineering and Operations to strengthen manufacturability and control plans. This on-site role emphasizes safety, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing quality or related roles.
• Five+ years of leadership experience across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the site Quality Management System.
• Plan, conduct, and manage internal quality audits and external certification audits.
• Oversee the creation, revision, and control of quality procedures and documentation.
• Lead root-cause investigations and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Develop and deliver quality-related training for employees.
• Analyze Cost of Poor Quality and drive reduction initiatives.
• Define and report site-level quality KPIs and trends.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects to improve process capability and throughput.
• Manage customer quality feedback loop and resolve complaints/ RMAs.
• Provide operational quality support to improve First Pass Yield and process controls.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations for manufacturability and design-for-quality.
