Job summary

Trystar Inc. seeks a Senior Materials Manager to lead inventory control, planning, receiving, warehousing, and material flow for the Faribault site. You will partner across Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to improve service, accuracy, and working capital.

You will own the materials function, develop leaders, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with production priorities and safety standards. This role demands strategic leadership and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of materials management in a manufacturing setting.
• 3+ years of people leadership and development experience.
• Proven inventory accuracy, material flow, and ERP metrics ownership.
• Cross-functional continuous improvement in a fast‑paced environment.
• Lean, Kanban, cycle counting knowledge.
• Epicor 10 ERP experience is required.
• Strong written/spoken English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the site materials strategy, plan, budget, and performance objectives.
• Lead receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and material delivery.
• Develop workforce planning, coaching, succession, and capability.
• Partner with Operations and Scheduling to ensure reliable material availability.
• Ensure accurate ERP transactions and material handling in Epicor 10.
• Establish governance for inventory accuracy and corrective actions.
• Drive improvements in turns, availability, and working capital.
• Lead capital projects and ERP enhancements impacting materials.
