Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including team leadership and plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site manufacturing operations aligning with company objectives and customer expectations.
• Champion safety and regulatory compliance with employee engagement.
• Drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop strategies to increase manufacturing capacity, improve scalability, and support business growth.
• Lead new product introductions, production launches, process improvements, and expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, sales, product management, supply chain, and customer teams to meet objectives.
• Develop KPIs and reporting processes to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Build and coach high-performing manufacturing teams with succession plans.
• Drive lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives across site operations.
• Utilize ERP, MRP, and MES to support inventory accuracy and order fulfillment.
• Oversee facilities, maintenance, equipment reliability, and infrastructure planning.
• Manage site budgets, expenses, capital investments, and resource planning.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Participate in integrated business planning aligning manufacturing with forecasted demand.
