Integrated Facility Services Hawaii is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential site. You will manage maintenance, safety, budgets, and resident relations, coordinating with vendors and staff to ensure high-quality service.

Ideal candidates bring strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to lead teams. This full-time role follows a Tue-Sat schedule with a focus on community living and property performance.

Qualifications

• Residential property management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic proficiency with common computer applications.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain overall site operations.
• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and maintenance requests.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and quality.
• Foster a sense of community through events and initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, ensure cost-effective operations.
• Enforce community house rules and maintain records.
• Prepare daily activity reports and monthly Board reports.
• Ensure legal work eligibility and appropriate documentation.
