Job summary

Take 5 Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager for our Spring Hill location. As the senior on-site leader you will recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage all team members, while upholding safety, quality, and guest experience standards.

You will drive sales, monitor KPIs, manage operations and equipment, and ensure the site delivers fast, friendly service. A proven track record in multi‑team leadership and a hands-on, outdoors environment is required; weekend and holiday shifts are expected.
