Qualifications

• Onboarding new teammates and ensuring they understand site procedures and role expectations.
• Provide guidance to help team members improve and succeed.
• Assist with scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ensure they feel welcomed at every visit.
• Answer questions about services, memberships, and promotions clearly.
• Escalate customer concerns to the Site Leader when necessary and resolve issues quickly.
• Promote unlimited wash memberships and other services to boost engagement.
• Monitor equipment daily and report issues to the Site Leader.
• Support safety protocols and maintain clean, high-quality operations.
• Assist with inventory and restock as needed; monitor for operational efficiency.
• Upsell services and help achieve site sales goals during customer visits.
• Track sales activity and provide feedback to improve revenue.
