You will own daily operations, manage maintenance, drive membership and upselling initiatives, and optimize performance to meet site targets. This role demands hands-on leadership in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

• Oversee Site Operations & Equipment Performance: manage daily workflow, maintenance, and vendor support; ensure quality and safety.
• Drive Sales, Profitability & Business Results: set site targets; lead promotions and upselling efforts; monitor KPIs and adjust staffing and processes.
• Ensure Safety, Compliance & Brand Standards: enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols; audit site compliance.
