Take 5 Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, ensure safety, and deliver a premier customer experience at our Wooster-area locations.

You will develop team members, manage performance, oversee equipment reliability, and monitor KPIs to optimize throughput and profitability. This role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate teams and maintain brand standards across busy car wash sites.
