Take 5 Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager to lead the on-site team, drive guest experience, and manage daily operations in a fast-paced outdoor setting. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, uphold safety and quality standards, and push for sales growth within a metrics-driven environment.

You will develop leaders, manage expenses, and ensure the site delivers exceptional customers experiences while maintaining brand standards and operational excellence.
