Job summary

BlackHawk Industrial is seeking a Site Manager to maintain local customer relationships and oversee daily duties at customer locations. The role involves hands-on inventory tasks, order processing, shipping/receiving, KPI review, and ongoing relationship management with customers and suppliers.

Ideal candidates have ERP/system knowledge, familiarity with industrial hardware, and the ability to communicate at all levels. A safety-sensitive position with drug testing is in effect.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position required.
• 2-4 years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and supporting software essential.

Responsibilities

• Issue product from tool crib.
• Enter customer orders.
• Shipping and receiving.
• Review daily KPI.
• Cycle count and inventory review.
• Customer meetings and relationship management.
• Vending, stocking and maintenance where applicable.
• Respond to common problems with existing procedures.
