Job summary

Standard Supply is seeking a Location Manager to oversee daily on-site operations at a customer’s location, drive operational excellence, manage on-site inventory, and ensure superior customer service.

Candidates should have a business-related degree (preferred), industrial supply or HVAC experience, proven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while working in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field (preferred).
• Industrial Supply or HVAC experience (preferred).
• Proven leadership ability with operations or team management.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall daily on-site operations at the customer’s location.
• Support customer product ordering and selection needs.
• Ensure compliance with SSD processes and procedures for on-site inventory.
• Deliver operational excellence through KPI achievement.
• Maintain an organized, well-labeled, and accurate inventory.
• Partner with internal teams to share and raise relevant customer information.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly resolve customer and internal issues.
• Lead by example and demonstrate the company’s Core Values in all activities.
