Cobblestone in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Manager in Training to lead Crew Members, uphold safety and procedures, and support the Site Manager in daily operations. The role includes scheduling, training, performance coaching, and ensuring high standards of customer service at our car wash facility.

You will train staff, monitor labor costs, and communicate effectively with customers, while maintaining equipment and inventory.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ability to train and support employees.
• Willing to work 40+ hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Must pass a contingent background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Train and support Crew Members.
• Complete New Hire paperwork with new Team Members.
• Verify Shift Leaders and Crew Members are following all proper procedures and safety protocols.
• Assist in constructing an employee schedule that considers daily demand and labor percentage for the location.
• Support the Site Manager in tracking Crew Member hours to control labor cost.
• Provide clear daily reports to the Site Manager regarding operations.
• Demonstrate professionalism and communicate with customers about car wash packages.
• Operate equipment and read cash audit reports; assist with deposits as needed.
• Complete end of month paperwork and audits; ensure daily/weekly/monthly tasks are done.
• Maintain inventory and upkeep of grounds, facilities, and equipment.
