Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Manager in Training at one of our Colorado car wash locations. You will lead and train crew members, verify procedures, and assist the Site Manager in daily operations to deliver a great customer experience.

The role requires 40+ hours/week, willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Competitive pay starts at $19 per hour plus commissions for membership sales, with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent judgement and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Train and support current and incoming Crew Members.
• Verify shift leaders and crew members follow procedures and safety rules.
• Assist in constructing an employee schedule and manage labor costs.
• Support Site Manager with hours tracking and daily reports.
• Occasionally act as Site Manager in their absence.
• Explain Ultimate Shine wash packages to customers and assist with sales.
• Operate XPT machines and maintain on-site equipment.
• Ensure wash readiness and vehicle condition for the tunnel.
• Handle complaints and damage claims with proper paperwork.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
• Complete end-of-month paperwork and audits.
