A strong background in retail management and P&L awareness is expected. Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma, 2–5 years in management, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years in a management role in car wash or customer-focused retail.
• Ability to lead by example and communicate policy clearly.
• Comfort with calculating figures and interpreting P&L statements.
• Strong Excel and Word skills; POS experience preferred.
• Spanish language skills a plus in many locations.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
