Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to work 40+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to pass a contingent background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Train and support current and incoming Crew Members.
• Verify staff follow procedures and safety protocols.
• Assist in constructing staff schedules and monitor labor costs.
• Provide daily reports to the Site Manager on operations.
• Step in as Site Manager when needed and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Explain Ultimate Shine wash packages to customers and maintain equipment knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints and damage claims per policy.
• Ensure grounds, facilities, and equipment are well maintained.
