Qualifications

• Must have leadership skills and ability to train and support staff.
• Willing to work 40+ hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and follow safety procedures.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Train and support current and incoming Crew Members.
• Verify shift leaders and crew follow procedures and safety rules.
• Assist in building employee schedules considering daily demand.
• Support Site Manager in tracking hours to control labor cost.
• Provide daily reports to the Site Manager on operations.
• Demonstrate customer service knowledge of Ultimate Shine packages.
• Operate equipment and assist with maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Handle customer complaints and complete claim paperwork.
• Complete end-of-month paperwork and audits.
