Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Manager Site II for the Orthopedic Surgery at Westchase-BMG location in Westchase, FL. The role oversees daily operations, patient access, and service delivery in a moderately complex physician practice, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong team performance.

You will lead budgeting, staffing, and operational improvements while collaborating with Clinical Quality and Central Office leadership.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of leadership experience in a healthcare delivery setting with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of physician practice or ambulatory clinic office experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of leadership experience in a healthcare delivery setting with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Three (3) years of physician practice or ambulatory clinic office experience with a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily business operations and utilization management of the physician practice.
• Managing patient access, scheduling, and service delivery processes.
• Supporting insurance contract verification, charge entry, and collections activities.
• Leading clinical support operations and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Overseeing facility maintenance, purchasing, and operational resources.
• Managing personnel, staffing, coaching, and performance oversight.
• Supporting referral relationships and patient satisfaction initiatives.
• Monitoring operational and financial performance metrics.
• Serving as a liaison to Physician Services, Clinical Quality and Compliance, and Central Business Office leadership.
• Resolving operational issues and implementing process improvements.
