Job summary

BayCare is seeking a Site Manager II in Riverview, FL, overseeing orthopedic surgery operations at St. Joseph's South. The role focuses on financial, operational, and administrative leadership to ensure high-quality patient access and service delivery.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in health delivery settings, with strong emphasis on patient access, risk management, and staff coordination. Typical hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience in health delivery settings or ambulatory clinics.
• Experience managing patient access, insurance verification, and revenue cycle processes.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Possesses a clear understanding of the financial, operational, administrative, and regulatory aspects of the facility.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and Risk Management at the facility level.
• Oversees maintenance and purchasing for specific facility.
• Responsible for patient access to services, insurance contract verification, utilization management, charge entry, collections, clinical support management, quality improvement, referral relations, patient satisfaction, personnel management, and problem solving.
• Acts as liaison to Director of Physician Services, Director of Clinical Quality and Compliance, and Director of CBO.
• Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, hours may vary
