Job summary

BayCare Health System in Riverview, FL is seeking a Site Manager II to oversee the physician practice operations at the facility. The role emphasizes utilization management, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance to support high-quality patient care.

The position requires leadership experience in health delivery settings, strong communication, and the ability to manage daily administrative tasks in a busy clinical environment.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required or
• Bachelor’s degree in Business
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Oversees utilization management and daily business operations of the physician practice at the facility.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and Risk Management at the facility level.
• Oversees maintenance and purchasing for specific facility.
• Responsible for patient access to services, insurance contract verification, utilization management, charge entry, collections, clinical support management, quality improvement, referral relations, patient satisfaction, personnel management, and problem solving.
• Acts as liaison to Director of Physician Services, Director of Clinical Quality and Compliance, and Director of CBO.
• Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, hours may vary
