Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations management.
• P&L or cost center experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations and a team of 20+ employees.
• Provide hands-on leadership to promote a high-performance culture.
• Ensure production, inventory flow, safety, and quality standards are met.
