Job summary

PLA Holdings is seeking a hands-on Site Manager to lead our on-site operation at the Walmart Distribution Center in Grantsville, UT. You will supervise a 20+ staff, drive safety, efficiency, and strong customer relationships in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include operational leadership, inventory control, cost management, and continuous improvement, with a focus on quality service and compliance. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in operations management.
• P&L or Cost Center experience required.
• Experience in warehouse distribution, plant management, or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site operations and oversee a team of 20+ employees.
• Train, coach, and develop onsite leadership to meet facility goals.
• Ensure production, quality, safety, and equipment utilization standards are met.
• Oversee storage layout, inventory flow, and warehouse organization.
• Partner with regional leaders on cost control, waste reduction, and process improvements.
• Prepare and analyze production, operational, and administrative reports.
