Omnia360 Facility Solutions, a full-service provider of customized and cost-efficient integrated facility solutions, is seeking a hands-on Site Manager - Facility Maintenance in Cincinnati, OH. The role manages staff, projects, and subcontractors to meet client needs and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business or construction-related field preferred.
5+ years of related experience required.
Commercial construction experience a plus; ability to read blueprint drawings is a plus.
Proficiency with CMMS, Microsoft Office and contact management software.

Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and coordinate day-to-day staff activities to meet client needs and ensure quality.
Coordinate projects, analyze costs, and select methods or suppliers to meet requirements and compliance.
Manage personnel and subcontractors to ensure correct, efficient work.
Oversee grounds, building maintenance, and environmental services.
Communicate daily site needs to staff and align with client expectations.
Manage preventive maintenance programs and suggest improvements to procedures and timelines.
Interpret contract requirements and inspect work for conformity to specifications and quality.
Own planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for areas of responsibility and monitor financial performance.
Supervise and develop direct reports to deliver outstanding services.
