Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience managing construction projects or healthcare facilities, ERP, budgets, and teams.
• Experience in commercial construction and reading blueprints is a plus.
• Strong communication and computer skills, including CMMS and MS Office.
• Background check and safety training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Facility Managers to identify projects, scope, and deadlines.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams and manage requirements, schedules, and budgets.
• Prepare budgets and estimates; manage vendor relationships and profitability.
• Develop user manuals, training materials, and turnover documentation for clients.
• Respond to RFPs and maintain customer satisfaction during project delivery.
• Monitor progress with weekly site meetings and post-project evaluations.
