Job summary

Omnia360 Facility Solutions is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Site Lead in Reading, Ohio. You will plan, direct, and coordinate daily facilities maintenance activities, ensuring client needs are met or exceeded and supervising teams and subcontractors.

You will manage work orders, safety procedures, and KPIs while maintaining high service quality. A multi-trade background with codes knowledge and a degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or construction-related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 5+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
• Experience managing a team and/or subcontractors.
• Knowledge of local, state, and national codes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate day-to-day activities to meet client needs and oversee maintenance duties.
• Serve as the communication point for timing, completion, and quality of work orders.
• Manage personnel and subcontractors engaged in facility maintenance work.
• Interview candidates; onboard and train new hires.

Responsibilities For The Facilities Maintenance Site Lead Position Include

• Plan, direct, and coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure that our client's needs are met and/or exceeded by performing facilities maintenance duties personally and through delegation.
• Serve as the direct communication point for the timing, completion, and quality of work orders.
• Shared accountability for customer and employee satisfaction.
• Manage personnel and subcontractors engaged in performing facility maintenance work procedures.
• Interview candidates; onboard and train new hires.
• Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports.
• Approve procurement of tools, equipment and materials.
• Inspect work in progress to ensure conformity to contract specifications and quality.
• Achieve acceptable KPI scores.
• Ensure all operational and administrative work is compliant with our processes.

Requirements For The Facilities Maintenance Site Lead Position Include

• Multi-trade experience with a concentration in HVAC, electrical, and/or plumbing preferred.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
• Previous experience managing a team and/or subcontractors.
• Knowledge of local, state, and national codes.
• Bachelor's degree in a business or construction-related field of study or 5 or more years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
• Intermediate computer skills, including experience working with CMMS work order software, Microsoft Office applications, and Contact Management software.
