Omnia360 Facility Solutions is seeking a Site Manager - Facility Maintenance in Columbus, OH. This full-time role oversees staff and subcontractors, coordinates projects, and ensures compliance with contracts and safety requirements.

Competitive salary in the $75,000–$85,000 range with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. Prior commercial construction and blueprint reading are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or construction-related field preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Commercial construction experience and ability to read blueprint drawings a plus.
• Strong computer skills including CMMS, Microsoft Office and Contact Management software.
• Ability to pass FBI/BCI background check, drug screen, and safety training.
• Valid driver’s license with minimal moving violations/points.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct, and coordinate day-to-day activities of staff to meet client needs.
• Coordinate special projects, analyze cost, and identify methods or suppliers.
• Manage personnel and subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Oversee grounds, building maintenance, and environmental services.
• Communicate daily site needs to staff and align with client expectations.
• Manage preventative maintenance program and improve procedures.
• Interpret contract requirements and inspect work for conformance.
• Own planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes; monitor financial performance.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and develop staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
