Omnia360 Facility Solutions in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a hands-on Site Manager - Facility Maintenance for a full-time, first-shift role at one of our continuing care facilities. The position offers a salary range of $72,000 to $75,000 per year, dependent on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience (or an equivalent combination)
• Commercial construction experience and ability to read blueprint drawings is a plus
• Above average computer skills including experience with CMMS, Microsoft Office and Contact Management software

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate day-to-day activities of staff to ensure client needs are met and/or exceeded by performing facilities maintenance duties personally or through delegation
• Coordinate various projects, analyze costs, and identify internal methods or suppliers to meet customer satisfaction and compliance
• Manage personnel and subcontractors to ensure work is performed correctly, efficiently and safely
• Oversee grounds, building maintenance, and environmental services
• Communicate daily site needs to staff and align with client expectations
• Manage preventative maintenance program and provide feedback for process improvements
• Interpret contract requirements and inspect work for conformity to specifications and quality
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance against resources
• Supervise, mentor and develop direct reports to deliver outstanding services
• Additional duties as assigned
