Job summary

The East End site at IRG Realty Advisors in Akron, OH seeks a hands-on Site Manager to coordinate operation, maintenance, safety, and appearance of a large mixed-use campus. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or valued.
• 4–5 years of building operations and maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate with contractors.
• Strong communication, organization, documentation, and computer skills.
• Service-focused, team-oriented, and able to work on site Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of campus facilities and grounds.
• Coordinate with contractors and the Maintenance Assistant on repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure safety, compliance with OSHA/EPA and codes.
• Troubleshoot issues and determine need for vendor support.
• Respond to client, tenant, and resident concerns and document actions.
• Manage maintenance supplies, inventory, and logs; support annual capital planning.
• Assist operations manager with capital planning and reporting.
