Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking a Site Manager in Rochester Hills, MI. You will lead daily operations, maintain exceptional customer service, and drive sales goals while managing staff and ensuring top-quality wash operations.

Responsibilities include coaching the team, recruiting and training, scheduling, and controlling labor costs. A strong emphasis on safety, equipment knowledge, and weekly site closure duties are required for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–5 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing or operational role.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience with de-escalation skills.
• Flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with team motivation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a customer service culture at the site.
• Serve as the main contact for customer service issues and sales goals.
• Educate customers on unlimited wash club benefits and maintain site appearance and performance.
• Motivate employees and ensure adherence to site goals and policies.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members; manage scheduling and labor budgets.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage inventory to support site needs.
• Oversee all site employees, ensuring accountability and performance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
