Job summary

TRIMEDX is seeking a results-driven leader to own and optimize clinical engineering operations. You will oversee multi-site performance, budgets, and strategic initiatives while building and coaching a high-performing team across sites.

You will partner with hospital executives to ensure readiness for inspections, drive uptime, compliance, and service excellence, and shape the organization with strong financial acumen and leadership presence.

Qualifications

5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or equivalent leadership experience.
Experience leading teams and driving operational performance.
Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs).

Responsibilities

Run the business: oversee multi-site operations, budgets, and performance with clear accountability.
Build a team that delivers: set expectations, coach leaders, and raise the standard of execution.
Drive results, not reports: translate metrics into action that improves uptime, compliance, and service.
Lead from the front: partner with hospital executives and ensure readiness for inspections.
