Job summary

TRIMEDX is seeking a Clinical Engineering Site Manager who will own operations across multiple sites, with P&L responsibility and direct impact on patient care. You’ll translate strategy into action, ensuring uptime, safety, and regulatory readiness.

You’ll build and coach a high-performing team, set clear expectations, and partner with hospital leadership to deliver measurable results in budgets, service quality, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen
• Experience leading teams and driving operational performance
• Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs)
• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred
• Experience requirements will be waived for successful graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program.

Responsibilities
