Job summary

RoviSys Building Technologies is seeking a Site Manager to oversee field operations on building automation projects. You will coordinate commissioning activities, manage installation teams, and ensure quality control across instrumentation and electrical work.

Ideal candidates have a technical degree, experience in project or site management, and familiarity with HVAC controls and low voltage systems. Onsite commissioning experience is a plus as are proficiency with MS Project and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Technical Degree in a related field.
• Strong project or site management experience.
• Experience with low voltage installation.
• Ability to lead meetings with internal teams and customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• HVAC systems knowledge in building automation.
• Familiarity with HVAC sequences of operations and P&IDs.
• Experience with major controls platforms (Rockwell/Schneider/AVEVA/Inductive).
• Onsite commissioning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to commissioning team.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for customers and trades.
• Assist with prioritizing and assigning installation tasks to trades.
• Participate in commissioning meetings.
• Develop customer and trade relationships.
• Assist with developing procurement log and installation tracking sheets.
• Receive, verify, and handoff equipment shipped to the site.
• Support MEP subcontractors.
• Understand project scope and field QC procedures.
• Generate daily site logs and coordinate commissioning schedule.
