RoviSys Company is seeking a Site Manager to oversee field operations for building automation projects in Abilene, Texas. The successful candidate will act as a representative to the general contractor and assist in project estimating during non-deployment periods.

The role requires strong project management skills, a technical degree, and experience in HVAC systems or building automation. The position offers a competitive salary between $90,000–$110,000 and generous benefits including PTO, 401(k), and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Technical Degree in a related field.
• Experience in Project or Site Management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project software.
• Exposure to HVAC systems and building automation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations for building automation projects.
• Provide assistance to commissioning teams.
• Participate in commissioning meetings.
• Assist with procurement log and installation tracking.

Skills

Technical Degree in a related field

Project Management experience

Organizing and scheduling meetings

Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Microsoft Project

Basic understanding of HVAC systems

Building automation and/or industrial controls experience

Onsite commissioning experience
